About Sharon

I was born and raised in Africa until my teenage years. 
I love so much about that continent, the weather, wildlife and culture. 
​I cannot wait to take my kids back when they're a little older.

I'm a single (super) mom to 2 incredible kids. 
My daughter is 8 and my son is 4,
and my world truly revolves around them.

I love travelling!   I've gone to Africa, SE Asia, Europe, North America, Central America......I'll go almost anywhere.

We love camping,  and going south in the winter. 

Biking to the beach in the summer

and spending time hanging out in the sunshine. 
Love swimming any chance we get.   

Hiking on the Bruce Trail or local Conservation areas.  

Both of my boys play ice hockey
so that pretty much consumes the winter months.  

Winter is a hard adjustment but I love downhill skiing, and the kids are taking lessons this year!

We take full advantage of Netflix.
I am a Facebook addict! 

​I love seeing what my friends from around the world and locally are up to. 

​I love the local virtual communities that I'm involved in.

I have a large family and we are really close.  I couldn't manage this journey without each of them.
