People often hear me say, "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life". I am an MLS junkie - I love looking at houses, I love buying and selling houses. I love what I do. But there is something I love even more. I love paying it forward and giving back. So much so, it has become the core of our philosophy and the BER model. I’m excited to start each work day (which is every day, in our world!) and truly believe we are changing the face of real estate one house at a time. My background is in sales, but my passion has always been working with people. I love helping clients on a personal level and Bradbury Estate Realty lets me do that every day. I am an expert in downsizing, particularly in working with seniors, and I run the service and operations side of BER. My role allows me to be very hands-on in the giveback model that BER is known for, and I’m able to see the impact that our services have each day. Just as important as my experience, knowledge and skills, I treat our clients like I’d treat my own family. I am very proud of the business we are building and I know we are making a difference in our clients’ lives.

I've spent my life between the borders of Oakville, Burlington & Hamilton – all amazing places to live, work and play! As we run out of land to build new homes in this area, I have focused on finding existing homes that are diamonds in the rough. Along with my amazing and talented husband, I've worked through numerous renovations on our own homes here in Halton Region. As a result, I am able to lend clients my expertise as they buff their own diamonds. I have a passion for function and design, and a clear vision when it comes to upgrading those not-so-new homes. Additionally, the potential for a high return on investment is inherently built into my mindset when helping clients buy and sell properties. I love my work, and am proud to be a part of the BER team!

I joined the BER family in 2019. With a lifetime of experience in Sales and Service, the Bradbury giveback model just made sense. After meeting Dianna Bradbury and hearing about the BER Giveback business model, I was in love with this unique way of doing real estate. Helping people sell their homes with ease, quicker and for more money… all while offering genuine value - was a combination I could not resist. Shortly after our second meeting I decided to start my career as a real estate agent and become part of the Bradbury family.
I believe that anything is possible with the right mindset. I bring that “everything is figure-out-able” approach to work and life situations. This cornerstone belief has served my clients and myself tremendously over the years. Buying or selling real estate is not only a “transaction”, it is a roller-coaster ride of emotions for the client. I take a compassionate approach, understanding the emotional aspect of the real estate journey. Answering questions, providing information and reassurance every step of the way.
I also run a group called Life Beyond Marriage (on Meetup and Facebook), a supportive community of people who have at some point faced the loss of a marriage or long-term relationship. The group’s intention is to uplift, inspire, encourage, and provide relevant information as our members create their next chapter.
Passionate Transition Specialist
Helping people has always been a passion of mine! I have a special place in my heart for older adults, so much so that I received my college Diploma in Gerontology and worked in many retirement and long term care facilities in the Halton and surrounding area. Once my two children were born I moved into my second career- Real Estate. Over the last decade I have worked for New Home builders and most recently as a Realtors Assistant. I have loved every minute of it! Now that my children are older it was the perfect time for me to get my Realtors License and combine both of my past careers.
The BER transition network as well as the BER Giveback model marries both my love of working with seniors and helping those navigate the real estate market in the most enjoyable and stress free way possible. I work hard for my clients with only their best interests in mind. I’m honest, reliable, hardworking and truly enjoy what I do. I love staging! As a former HGTV stylist with credits on “One House, Two Looks” and “One Garden, Two Looks”, I’m great at staging a room, garden or a whole house under a tight time constraint – a good skill to have when you’re supporting a busy real estate team! I’m also a ‘people person’ and my passion is making a home look its very best. I love seeing how my clients’ faces light up when they see their newly decorated home. They often can’t believe it’s the same place! Bradbury Estate Realty has allowed me to live my dream job while helping their clients live the dream.

I'm the Jr. Business development manager but really I just do whatever mom and dad ask me to do. I like learning about business and enjoy meeting different people and earning extra money to buy video games.
Sometimes I rip down wall paper, deliver postcards, help move boxes and participate at BER events. My favourite event is the New Years Eve Party at Little Goobers.
Hi, I’m Caroline Bradbury. I am the kids activity director at Bradbury Estate Realty. I love kids and love to be around them. I believe that each and every child is special and unique in their own ways. But I also have an ENORMOUS love for animals as well. That's why I want to be a marine biologist when I get older. Kids are always so energetic, Funny and most of all fun. They bring lots of imagination to stories and lots of creativity to crafts. I look after our client's pets and kids when Mommy and Daddy are busy with their parents, and I setup and run all the kids activities at out community events.
That's why I am the kids activity director at Bradbury Estate Realty.
