People often hear me say, "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life". I am an MLS junkie - I love looking at houses, I love buying and selling houses. I love what I do. But there is something I love even more. I love paying it forward and giving back. So much so, it has become the core of our philosophy and the BER model. I’m excited to start each work day (which is every day, in our world!) and truly believe we are changing the face of real estate one house at a time. Our hard work has paid off not only with a successful brokerage, but with the relationships we’ve built in our community. We see value in doing things differently, and our clients agree.
My background is in sales, but my passion has always been working with people. I love helping clients on a personal level and Bradbury Estate Realty lets me do that every day. I am an expert in downsizing, particularly in working with seniors, and I run the service and operations side of BER. My role allows me to be very hands-on in the giveback model that BER is known for, and I’m able to see the impact that our services have each day. Just as important as my experience, knowledge and skills, I treat our clients like I’d treat my own family. I've spent my life between the borders of Oakville, Burlington & Hamilton – all amazing places to live, work and play! As we run out of land to build new homes in this area, I have focused on finding existing homes that are diamonds in the rough. Along with my amazing and talented husband, I've worked through numerous renovations on our own homes here in Halton Region. As a result, I am able to lend clients my expertise as they buff their own diamonds. I have a passion for function and design, and a clear vision when it comes to upgrading those not-so-new homes. I love staging! As a former HGTV stylist with credits on “One House, Two Looks” and “One Garden, Two Looks”, I’m great at staging a room, garden or a whole house under a tight time constraint – a good skill to have when you’re supporting a busy real estate team! Hi, I’m Caroline Bradbury. I am the kids activity director at Bradbury Estate Realty. I love kids and love to be around them. I believe that each and every child is special and unique in their own ways. But I also have an ENORMOUS love for animals as well. That's why I want to be a marine biologist when I get older. Kids are always so energetic, Funny and most of all fun. They bring lots of imagination to stories and lots of creativity to crafts. I look after our client's pets and kids when Mommy and Daddy are busy with their parents, and I setup and run all the kids activities at out community events.
That's why I am the kids activity director at Bradbury Estate Realty.
